Duration: Wall’s Contracting provides a 5-year Workmanship Warranty on all cladding and roofing installations.
Coverage: This covers any defects resulting directly from the installation process, such as loose panels, improper flashing, or moisture ingress caused by installation errors.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events (acts of God), structural shifting of the home, or third-party modifications made after our completion.

2. Manufacturer Material Warranties
While our workmanship is guaranteed by us, the materials themselves carry extensive warranties from our partner manufacturers:
- Aluminum Longboard: Typically carries a 15–20 year limited finish warranty against fading and peeling.
- Custom Metal & Standing Seam: Often features a 40-year limited warranty on the substrate and high-performance Kynar finishes.
- ACM Panels: Warranties vary by manufacturer but generally cover structural integrity and finish for 10–20 years.
3. Claims Process
Inspection: If you suspect a warranty-covered issue, contact us immediately. We will perform a site inspection to determine the root cause.
Remedy: If the issue falls under our workmanship guarantee, Wall’s Contracting will repair the affected area at no cost to the homeowner.
